Privacy Policy (English)
Pawment ("we", "the app") is a daily pet-photo sharing app. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, we show no ads, and we never reveal your precise location.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your e-mail address, a username and password (used only to sign you in).
- Profile (optional): a profile photo and pet details (name, type, breed, count).
- Content you create: daily photos (pet + your reaction), photo/video reactions, comments, likes and direct messages.
- Approximate location (optional): if you allow location access and keep the 📍 toggle on, we attach a city/province-level label (e.g. "İstanbul, Türkiye") and a coarse map point to your post. We never store or show your exact coordinates — positions are reduced to the city center or an ~11 km grid before saving.
- Notifications: a push-notification token and your device's region and language, so the daily "Time to Pawment" alert arrives at a sensible local time.
- Streaks & activity: post counts, streak days and in-app notifications (likes, comments, reactions).
2. What we do NOT collect
- No precise GPS history — location is optional, coarse, and captured only at posting time.
- No contact-list access, no background tracking, no advertising identifiers.
- No data is sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers. There are no third-party ads.
3. How your content is visible to others
- Posts appear in the feed of other signed-in users (Friends and Discovery feeds).
- The pet map shows posts only to accepted friends, at city level.
- Direct messages are visible only to you and the recipient.
- You can block or report any user in the app.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored on Supabase (managed cloud infrastructure). Photos and videos live in a private storage bucket and are served through short-lived signed links — they are not publicly accessible URLs.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, posts, photos, videos, reactions, comments, likes, friendships, messages and notifications. There is no undo. No residual personal data is kept.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. If you are in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or Türkiye (KVKK), these rights are guaranteed by law.
7. Children
Pawment is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.

Gizlilik Politikası (Türkçe)
Pawment ("biz", "uygulama") günlük evcil hayvan fotoğrafı paylaşım uygulamasıdır. Bu politika hangi verileri neden topladığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar. Kısaca: yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekeni toplarız, verinizi asla satmayız, reklam göstermeyiz ve kesin konumunuzu asla ifşa etmeyiz.
1. Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre (yalnızca giriş için).
- Profil (isteğe bağlı): profil fotoğrafı ve evcil hayvan bilgileri (isim, tür, cins, sayı).
- Oluşturduğunuz içerik: günlük fotoğraflar (pati + tepkiniz), fotoğraf/video tepkiler, yorumlar, beğeniler ve mesajlar.
- Yaklaşık konum (isteğe bağlı): Konum izni verir ve 📍 açık tutarsanız paylaşımınıza il düzeyinde bir etiket (örn. "İstanbul, Türkiye") ve haritada kabaca bir nokta eklenir. Kesin koordinatlarınız asla saklanmaz ve gösterilmez — konum kaydedilmeden önce il merkezine veya ~11 km'lik bir kareye indirgenır.
- Bildirimler: anlık bildirim anahtarı (push token) ile cihazınızın bölge ve dil bilgisi — günlük "Pawment zamanı" bildirimi yerel saatinize uygun gelsin diye.
- Seri ve etkinlik: paylaşım sayısı, seri günleri ve uygulama içi bildirimler (beğeni, yorum, tepki).
2. Toplamadıklarımız
- Kesin GPS geçmişi yok — konum isteğe bağlıdır, kabadır ve yalnızca paylaşım anında alınır.
- Rehber erişimi yok, arka planda takip yok, reklam kimliği yok.
- Hiçbir veri reklamcılara veya veri simsarlarına satılmaz/paylaşılmaz. Uygulamada reklam yoktur.
3. İçeriğinizi kimler görür?
- Paylaşımlar, giriş yapmış diğer kullanıcıların akışında görünür (Arkadaşlar ve Keşfet).
- Pati haritası paylaşımları yalnızca kabul edilmiş arkadaşlarınıza ve il düzeyinde gösterir.
- Mesajlar yalnızca siz ve alıcı tarafından görülür.
- Uygulama içinden herhangi bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilir veya şikâyet edebilirsiniz.
4. Veriler nerede saklanır?
Veriler Supabase (yönetilen bulut altyapısı) üzerinde saklanır. Fotoğraf ve videolar özel (private) bir depoda tutulur ve kısa ömürlü imzalı bağlantılarla sunulur — herkese açık adresler değildir.
5. Verilerinizi silme
Hesabınızı istediğiniz an uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesabı sil. Bu işlem profilinizi, paylaşımlarınızı, fotoğraf ve videolarınızı, tepkilerinizi, yorumlarınızı, beğenilerinizi, arkadaşlıklarınızı, mesajlarınızı ve bildirimlerinizi kalıcı olarak siler. Geri alınamaz; geride kişisel veri kalmaz.
6. Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
7. Çocuklar
Pawment 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı bir hesap tespit edersek sileriz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz.
